We have entered the noncommercial partnership of incorporated production cooperatives three years ago. It was the difficult period for our cooperative. There were no orders, and prime contractors, for which we have performed works, had not paid in time. The back payments arise on salaries for one and a half month. It was found that the Partnership has a mutual aid fund. I, my deputy, chief accountant and head foreman took the loan at 2% ppa. In amount of 45 thousand roubles per person. Total 180 thousand. Established in 1997. Number of members is 90. Production cooperatives, other enterprises and the organizations working on principles of cooperative business can become a member of noncommercial partnership.
The noncommercial partnership is aimed at representation of interests of production cooperatives in governmental authorities and international cooperative organizations.
What else did you like in Partnership? We have strike up an acquaintance to the enterprises working in the building industry. We do basically execute finishing works and we build cottages. Sometimes there are orders for assembly works then we "share" it to those who attend to this kind of works. And those who attend to assemblage throw to us such "chicken feed", finishing works. In this way we also support each other within our Partnership.
